In our initial consultation we will walk through your home needs - both functional and emotional. Pragmatic needs include desired square footage, number of bed/baths, how much you want to be involved in design or construction, and, most importantly, what your municipality allows for your project. Emotional needs include room connections, natural/controlled light, and hobby storage (these rooms can get LARGE). Other topics we will cover include: - Is there a survey of the property? - If engineering services will be required? - Is there an HOA? -Budget or cost per square foot you have in mind? The end goal is a beautifully renovated home that is tailored to your life. To get there, we provide a builders set which meets the needs for your local municipality. We also try to connect you with your perfect contractor (we recommend different folks depending on your neighborhood/city).
